Clinic Returns Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All Sales Final. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged or do not fit properly.

In circumstances where you consider a product defective or damaged, please contact us at 825-882-2282 within 48 hours of receipt of order with details of the products and defect/damage.

If there is a discrepancy in size, an exchange may be issued for the same product, in a different size,

e.g. collars, leashes, clothing, etc. within 5 business days of receipt without any additional charges.

After 5 business days, all exchanges will incur a 30% restocking fee.

Seasonal items are not eligible for exchange.
